Job description

The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the agency’s quality management processes and procedures including accreditation requirements, program and service requirements, continuous quality improvement committees and strategic planning. The individual in this position serves as the agency liaison to external organization representatives assigned to survey, review and/or audit agency performance as well as serving as team leader to staff responsible for review requirements. This position works with a large team including the CEO, executive team members, program managers and staff, as well as smaller groups of program staff. The ability to effectively lead teams in producing required results is highly important to success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Masters Degree in a related field, Excellent communication and networking skills, knowledge and skills related to data management are required including data reporting, creation of graphic representations of data trends, analysis of trends and creation of narrative reports based on data analytics

Preferred Qualifications: The ability to effectively lead teams in producing required results is highly important to success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
