Conducts Quality Assurance Audits and Inspections on Power Distribution Equipment/Electrical Switchgear. Coordinates with Production, Test, Project Management, Engineering and Shipping to ensure that product meets Quality Standards. Trouble shoots quality issues, determines, recommends and/or implements corrective actions and procedural changes. Assists in all safety efforts, including training, maintaining and enforcing existing policies.

• Conduct QA audits/inspections on power distribution equipment
• Verify and document wiring, torque tolerances, labeling, per checklists.
• Confirm current safety policies are followed.
• Assure product shipping meets quality standards
• Other duties as needed
• Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, CREO
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to work as team member
• Willingness to be hands-on, and personally involved with all quality issues at all levels
• Proactive and self- motivated in accomplishing quality objectives.
• Experience with Electrical Power Distribution Systems

Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
