What does this opportunity mean for you?

· You make your own schedule and then we manage it including reminder calls, revitalization calls, text messages, and emails.

· We offer an electronic medical record system to maintain your calendar, and client files.

· We manage all client billing processes.

· Working as an independent contractor for Caring Hearts Counseling Services affords you the opportunity to be paneled with some of the leading insurance companies such as United Health Care, BCBS, Medicaid and many others. We also do all the work of the credentialing process.

· We do all the marketing and admissions process to provide you clients!

· In-person and tele-health work flexibility
Caring Hearts Counseling Services is seeking to hire a fully licensed clinician to work with children, adolescents & families who possess the following:
Master’s Degree in the field of social work and/or a mental health related field

At least 1 year of experience in the mental health field

Applicants must be fully licensed to practice independently in the State of MS.

Current & unrestricted MS license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Requirements:

Conduct individual intake assessments for all new clients

Conduct individual, group and/or family therapy with identified clients

Maintain compliance & adhere to all documentation requirements for clinical services provided

Maintain all requirements to ensure compliance with MS Licensing Board such as professional liability insurance & all required CEU’s.

Ability to provide telehealth services when requested by a client

Must possess rapport building skills, critical thinking skills & excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently

Must be eligible for insurance credentialing

Must maintain own professional liability malpractice insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 per hour
