Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Manager

Location: Fredericktown, MO
Full Time: Exempt
Pay Range: $43,568 - 48,568/year - Dependent upon relevant experience/edu in the field.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BSW in mental health / human services field; or, four years specific experience working with mental health, substance use, or related population.
  • Two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • This position requires a Class E drivers license, and the ability to obtain a CPR/FA certification.

Job Summary:
As the PSR Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the PSR program for Madison County (/Fredericktown) location. You are responsible for the daily operations of PSR and will ensure the best and most cost effective clinical practices are implemented. You will also supervise the programs PSR Specialist and PSR Aide staff members.
PSR operates six (6) days a week, which includes one 'late' day (program ends ~ 6pm) and on Saturdays. Typically, staff rotate who works the Saturday.
The Job

  • Assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of the PSR programming.
  • Provide group and individual clinical services to PSR members including crisis intervention.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with program participants and the CPRC team.
  • Attend doctor staffing’s or have another Specialist attend.
  • Assist in transportation of clients or any other aspect of program implementation.
  • Ensure that all licensure standards for day treatment and certification standards are maintained.
  • Monitor productivity/revenue/expenses.
  • Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Maintain compliance with all policy and procedures.
  • Complete all required training.
  • Work cooperatively with other departments and members of the community.
  • Participate in all required meetings as determined by supervisor.
  • Maintain appropriate supervisory boundaries.
  • Maintain positive attitude toward agency and clientele.
  • Other duties as assigned.
