Sierra Tucson is seeking a full time Psychometric Tech to work weekdays at 39580 S Lago del Oro Parkway, Tucson AZ, 85739.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests under the supervision of a clinical psychologist or clinical neuropsychologist.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Proctor psychological testing in accordance with Psychological standards of testing.
• Prepare data findings into pre/post graphs, tables and written form in a support role for the psychology staff to provide patient feedback.
• Manage databases as needed.
• Enter psychometric findings into database.
• Prepare data graphs, tables and written form for patient hand-outs.
• Assist with data cleaning, statistical preparation and analyses as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or other health science field required.
• Experience in the areas of psychometrics and assessment procedures required.
