The opening of RN Psychiatric Nurse in Elmira, NY has the Days, Evening shift for 8hrs, 5days or 10hrs, 4 days & 12hrs, 3 days shift availability. The job requires RN License for NY State, BLS certified from AHA, Co-vid Vaccination Card. Recent 1 year experience is required in RN Psychiatric Nurse.
Responsibilities for this job are:
- Gauging patients' psychiatric states.
- Collaborating on psychiatric intervention plans.
- Administering psychotropic and similar medications.
- Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency.
- Quickly assessing patient needs.
- Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma.
