Beacon 360 Management is in search of an experienced Property Manager for our 58-unit subsidized, housing community located in Toledo, Ohio. Beacon 360 Management is a not-for-profit company providing expert housing management to the communities we serve. We are a team comprised of high-achieving, compassionate individuals who are here to serve the people who have put their trust in us by choosing to reside in our communities. We are looking for a dynamic, goal-driven team player with a proven track record of success to lead this community.

Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software,
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for residents,
• Accountable for REACs, MORs, Recertifications, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities,
• Ensuring that deadlines and goals are met for the property,
• Providing leadership through any emergencies that may arise.

Applicants must be able to:

• Work independently and be flexible to the changing needs of a property
• Have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Have a minimum of one (1) year of general supervisory experience in a property management capacity,
• HUD subsidized property management experience is preferred, but not required,
• Senior living management experience is preferred, but not required
• A college degree is preferred, but not required,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required,
• Experience with One Site software is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $38,440.00 per year
