Job description

We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial, innovative and privately held real estate firm looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, strong management/communication skills and attention to detail who can take full charge of property management for a multi-family apartment community including self storage in Okeechobee, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations
• Maintain occupancy rates
• Negotiate lease contracts
• Enforce rental agreements
• Oversee property maintenance
• Timely collection of rent, deposits and assessed fees
• Develop excellent tenant relationships

Qualifications

• 3 plus years property management experience
• Valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to make decisions and carry out instructions
• Clean record from criminal, credit, driver’s license, and employment background checks
• Experience with Entrada helpful
• Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations preferred
• Pass prehire drug screen
