Job description
Property Accountant's role is based on accounting tasks for commercial properties, including closing the books and records for about a dozen assets.
Essential Duties:
- Financial reporting on assets.
- Interact with other financial colleagues and vendors
- Handle cash transactions
- Creating client reports Perform tax and audit tasks
- Account reconciliation
- Calculate and prepare statements of cash flows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Analytical Understanding budgets and variance analysis
- Strong Microsoft computer skills
Commercial experience required.
Industrial experience is highly preferred.
