Mulholland Brand is a leading agates manufacturing company that produces the highest quality products in the industry. We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Canoga Park. As a Project Manager with construction experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Mulholland Brand's projects, including the management of the installation team, taking measurements, and overseeing project execution.

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of Mulholland Brand's projects. You will work closely with the installation team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for taking measurements and overseeing project execution to ensure that all project deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:

• · Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
• · Coordinate with internal team, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• · Manage the installation team to ensure successful project execution
• · Take measurements to ensure that project specifications are met
• · Develop and implement project plans and workflows
• · Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• · Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• · Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• · Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• · Communicate project status and issues to senior management

Qualifications:

• · 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
• · Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• · Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• · Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements
• · Ability to travel as needed
