This Project Manager position is at the Naval Support Facility Indian Head in Indian Head for Operations and Management for the Environmental Syeyem (HVAC)
The PM will have the full authority to act on all contract matters relating to this position. The PM or alternate shall be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The PM shall have at least five years of experience in managing a workforce providing HVAC services on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity of 80 buildings. PM shall be fully knowledgeable of all safety, environmental, and energy requirements associated with the work they perform. PM shall speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.

Compensation will be based on salaries for this position (check Salary.com) along with 401k, insurances, vacation, sick days, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $91,421.00 - $120,000.00 per year
