Assistant Project Managing Estimator

$65,000 - $90,000+ depending upon knowledge & experience

Responsibilities:

· Assist Project Managing Estimator with a variety of duties

· Deliver a high level of customer service in line with our core values

· Job site visitations

· Prepare and submit bids, processing submittals, contracts and change orders

· Performing take-offs and interpreting plans

· Secure project bids and review contracts

· Project manage jobs awarded, Job cost tracking

· Communication with clients, GCs, or owners as necessary to complete projects

· Coordination with in-house Operations and Project Coordinators as necessary to complete projects

· Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols of the company and local agencies (OSHA, HIOSH)

· Participate in a variety of sales events

· Other duties

Qualifications:

· Motivated individual who is willing to learn and grow in this specialized industry

· Prior roofing experience is a plus

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to read, interpret and quantify construction drawings and specifications

· Computer competent, including MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Must have a valid Hawaii Driver’s License

· College degree preferred but not required

· Regular in-office attendance is required
