JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Catalog Coordinator for Amazon, Kohl's, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, Overstock, and Shopify Catalog Listing Team Lead. This position will manage listings, optimize product visibility, and manage multiple brand listing projects on Monday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the Ecommerce strategy for Amazon, Walmart.com, and other third-party marketplaces with a full understanding of all the necessary supporting functions and roles of E-commerce, such as logistics, customer acquisition, product development, merchandising, and branding.
  • Maintain product catalog.
  • Manage and create product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platforms to achieve sales and margin goals.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to third-party marketplace platforms such as Walmart, Houzz, Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, Home Depot, Kohl's, Target and other major retailers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high customer ratings and satisfaction as a seller on all third-party marketplace platforms.
  • Define and manage multiple marketplace channel pricing to minimize price conflict.
  • Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking.
  • Optimize listings for placement and organic search performance. Assist in increasing listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions.
  • Track and grow sales, provide daily and monthly sales data reports.
  • Manage other sellers of our brands in the marketplace, source their business name, and report to sales to eliminate their ability to purchase through the wholesale/distribution network.
  • Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries and resolve with a sense of urgency.
  • Own day-to-day Seller Central and Vendor Central account management
  • Submit cases and investigate issues with Amazon and other market places.
  • Upload new product assets - product info, specs, photos, pricing
  • Seek efficiencies and strategies we can employ to grow sales

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years' experience in building and managing an Amazon Seller and Vendor business. Must have experience creating listings on Shopify, etc.
  • Proven big catalog account management experience with a metrics-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Understanding of branding and product listing on marketplaces.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in Monday
  • Inventory, brand registry, product reviews, seller performance metrics, and ASIN profitability across multiple storefronts
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on new and existing marketplace products including digital merchandising, design, SEO, A+ content, and advertising
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team on FBA/WFS inventory planning and shipments
