MVE + Partners pursues innovative solutions that blends our extensive experience in design with a charter that utilizes forefront technology, including information modeling, in the implementation of design. Individuals within the practice operate with the premise of project’s being modeled and adapted, from inception, through consultant coordination, into construction management, asset validation and finally into full lifecycle data platforms as an informative tool set that allows designers to realize optimized decisions in the process of creating the work. Currently remote with the exception of client visits. When office location is confirmed this will be an in-office role subject to COVID mandates.


MVE + Partners designs influential and award-winning projects throughout the world. Our practice is diverse with an eclectic portfolio of successful architecture, planning, and interior design assignments. Our team comprises a talented group of individuals, equally entranced by art, fashion, technology, business, education, sports, food, and above all – design.


Role:

  • Establish project objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate team members and consultants from project inception through completion
  • Assist Project Manager in managing project team, mentoring staff, and making authoritative decisions and recommendations of significant impact related to project
  • Establish, facilitate, and/or participate in both client and internal meetings
  • Interface with clients throughout each project and manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in and manage cutting edge technology in the form of the BIM platform and other computer software
  • Collaborate with other MVE project architects to execute projects through construction documents

You - Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • Licensed Architect (California Preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in a professional office setting including broad experience in various project types and phases preferred
  • Advanced skills in operating Revit and construction software Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
  • Strong listening, oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of practical application of architecture and technology principles relevant to the design and construction of the built environment
  • Advanced knowledge of laws, codes, and government regulations
  • Strong ability to manage teams, consultants, and processes
  • Candidates with existing Work Authorization only
