JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs as a team lead for the Payment Processing and Fund Distribution Process and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy problem solving and working with others to improve operational processes, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Creating and communicating strategic and operational work plans
  • Gathering and analyzing information to solve problems and make decisions
  • Documenting workflows and creating procedural materials
  • Coordinating business activities with internal and external partners
  • Preparing and presenting recommendations for process improvement
  • Facilitating and leading meetings
  • Serving as lead for developing and implementing improvement projects

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience working in a Tribal, State, or Federal Child Support agency
  • Two years of experience coordinating and managing projects
  • Two years of experience in business or technical writing producing proposals, presentations, analytical summaries, or procedures

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience reviewing and documenting business processes and workflows
  • Experience collecting and analyzing performance or production data
  • Experience working in Child Support Payment Processing operations

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • There is no skills verification test, however there is a work sample exercise immediately following the interview. Candidates will be provided the details when they are invited for an interview.

SALARY: $48,876.48 - $60,624.72
