Job description
Low Associates is a family owned and operated software company in South Bend, IN. We service local governments and schools in Indiana with specialized software and support. We are looking for a driven, dedicated, team-oriented software engineer to join our Product Development team.
POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule (Mondays and Fridays remote, Tuesdays-Thursdays in office). It involves the developing Windows desktop applications using Delphi. Applicants should have experience in object-oriented programming and SQL.
Required:
- Object Pascal
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
Preferred: (but not required)

- SVN or Git
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred
- Previous work experience in similar field is a plus
- Ability to create basic queries to analyze data
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
- Ability to conduct research into software development and delivery concepts, as well as technical application issues
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Highly self motivated and directed
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Very strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
