Job summary
This role will work with a team of Account Coordinators who expedite work orders from our commercial/retail clients for exterior services such as snow removal and landscaping services.
This candidate must be based in the greater Columbus, Ohio area and will require a schedule with some time spent in the office at 200 E. Campus View Blvd, Ste 120, Columbus, OH 43235.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Leads cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the development of a charter and coordinated timeline. Ensures all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or raised.
Facilitates meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion.
May prepare and coordinate all aspects of sophisticated financial statement packages, including crafting and posting journal entries, ensuring cash receipts and expense payables are recorded for the period, preparing and submitting funding requests.
Capturing and submitting and owner's distributions, and other transactions as applicable in order to ensure that all information delivered to the client is complete and encompasses all transactions for the applicable reporting period.
Handles internal and external relationships in support of program. May contract and handle vendors. May provide consultation on complex low to medium scale projects that integrate into an organized program.
Builds, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
Serves as the primary client contact and issue point for any staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
Interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and encouraging service to customers. Ability to efficiently present information.
Financial knowledge
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts financial analysis.
Reasoning ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complicated documents. Ability to address problems involving several options in situations. Requires analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong process skills, negotiating, and decision-making are needed. Validated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
