Job Location: Carlsbad, CA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry OR Associates Degree OR Experience
• 3 + years in Chemical Manufacturing
• Experience with cGMP requirements and established SOPs in all production campaigns
• Experience with Implementing policies and drafting production-related documents like SOPs, validation/qualification protocols, reports, change controls, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Knowledge of production equipment (large-scale implementing reactor, stirrer, vacuum pumps, and vacuum oven)
• Knowledge of ICH Q7, ISO 9001, 21 CFR 210/211, and general client-imposed regulations
• Work, communicate and coordinate with QA, QC, and facilities to meet customer timelines
• Reactor set-up, cleaning, production, and packaging
• Validation of spreadsheets, equipment, and production labs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Development and validation of analytical test methods
• Complete manufacturing documentation per approved procedures
• Negotiate with various suppliers for raw material procurement.
• Maintain an inventory
• Selection and maintenance of all production equipment.
• Validation and process optimization efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
