Job description
Responsibilities
- Manufacture ice cream utilizing ice cream production and packing equipment.
- Maintain counts and monitor usage of ingredients, ice cream mix, and packaging materials.
- Retrieve stock from warehouse as needed.
- Pre-op equipment set-ups and post-op sanitation.
- Clean and maintain work areas.
- Overtime and/or weekends as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Related experience is preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong math skills.
- Good computer/internet skills.
- Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and SQF policies.
