Production/Packaging Worker

Compensation: Up to $20/hr. (Based on Experience)
Position: Production Worker. Job Description: Perform a variety of tasks related to raising and processing ducks. May work in various areas of the process as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Management, processing and breeding of ducks.
+ Deboning, cutting, packing, weighing, moving, inspecting, working in the plucking section, etc.
+ Will be able to work in all positions as necessary and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
+ Must adhere to Company policies and procedures.
+ Perform work tasks in accordance with established standards for safety, quality and speed of processing.
+ Although you are normally assigned to a single department, production and staffing needs may change.
+ Animal safety and welfare rules should always be followed. Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, BUT not required. Physical requirements:
+ Work regularly around moving mechanical parts within the plant floor. Constantly exposed to high temperatures (heat), humidity and freezing cold. Also, you will work in noisy environments at times.
+ Must be able to consistently move 50 pounds alone (without assistance) and 80 pounds with assistance.
+ Constant use of machinery or manual tools with the hands, this throughout the shift.
