What you will do:
As our Production Manager, you will oversee Embedded Controls’ production in accordance with corporate objectives while applying Lean Manufacturing principles and increased automation to assure maximum efficiency of personnel, facilities, capital, and equipment. This position works at our New Hope, MN location.
The job:
Every day you will work to promote Continuous Improvement by encouraging 5S strategies while establishing clear and measurable expectations for direct staff through the use of Goals, KRA’s, Execution Plans and Total Quality Management. You will provide leadership and technical expertise on future division/company products and drive the meeting of long-term goals while leading staff in identifying and eliminating waste through regular walk-through reviews.
The skills you need:
To thrive in this job, you need to have previous experience with managing people and working with deadlines. You need to be comfortable leading others and handling day-to-day responsibilities for your team related to training, performance management, communications, and accountability. You must also possess strong abilities in organization and delegation to ensure people and functions are in place to successfully complete necessary work. Experience in circuit board or electronics manufacturing required.
