We are currently seeking a onsite Production Manager in Mogadore, OH for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. In alignment with the company’s Core Values of People, Customer, Character, Performance and Community, the Production Manager will provide direction and leadership to the production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage overall production environment, helping grow and foster a safe working environment with an emphasis on producing quality products.
• Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident free.
• Track and report production performance and progress.
• Work to increase productivity and reduce costs of the manufacturing operation.
• Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Manage outside contractors in conjunction with the production supervisor to add additional production capabilities.
• Ensure adequate scheduling and staffing to minimize back orders and maximize in stock availability.
• Coach, counsel and lead production staff and provide development plan for current leaders.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.

EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years in Managing Production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality certifications preferred, but not required.
• Strong understanding of communications and electronics equipment and principles.
• Strong background in leading a team and fostering a leadership development plan for direct reports.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
