As a Production Manager at Fiserv, you will manage a team in our Card Production facility. You will collaborate closely with customers and suppliers, and delegate work to associates to achieve the appropriate level of volume within the time limits.

What you will do:

• Manage operational activities including priorities through supervisors.
• Ensure maximum processing to meet legal and contractual obligations.
• Minimize operational expenditures (e.g., CPWUs) in cost centers.
• Develop, refine, and implement policies and procedures to optimize personnel and equipment resources.
• Manage overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives through on-going development of direct reports, timely coaching and counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest, direct feedback.
• Full product accountability, including monitoring external defects, incident reports, adhering to client service level agreements, monitoring liability issues and escalation to management when appropriate.
• Foster positive relationships with the team and internal departments
• Control liability exposure, communicate enhancements and improvements to processes when they are rolled out to the organization.
• Ensure team adheres to established policy and procedures.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in operations/production environment required
• 2 to 3 years previous supervisory experience required

What would be great to have:

• 12+ months Production/Warehouse Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar
• A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
• Use of basic math skills
