Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing plant in Chester, VT who is looking for Production General Laborer's on all shifts! This is a temp-hire position.

Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $17.00/hour
- 3rd Shift:: $17.50/hour
- 1st: 7:00am -3:00pm Monday through Friday
- 2nd: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday through Friday
- 3rd: 11:00pm-7:00am Monday through Friday
- Available
- Palletize and wrap Drew's products utilizing sound body mechanics and adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform the break-down of all reusable packaging and returnable, including cardboard totes, barrels, and wooden bins.
- Monitor, sort, and segregate shipping materials for returnable and salvageable pallets.
- Adhere to, use, and encourage Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation SOPs and production procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain high cleanliness and quality standards. Report any concerns immediately upon discovery and take and/or recommend steps to remediate.
- Adhere to, use, and encourage safe work practices, following safety rules and regulations including but not limited to Lock Out/Tag Out and personal protective equipment. Report any potential safety hazards, near misses or injuries to the Production Supervisor/Vice President of Operations.
- Complete and submit required documentation for department (if applicable).
- Ensure a neat/clean/safe work area to prevent injury or product contamination. Participate in maintaining a clean work environment through the remainder of the facility as needed.
- Collaborate, communicate, and meet with managers and other appropriate personnel to accomplish Company goals. Attend meetings as required.
- Adhere to and follow all Company policies and procedures.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with standards and requirements for food safety, GMP, SQF, and other regulatory or internal quality programs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and through written documentation. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to reason with and apply basic math (including use of calculator) and mechanics.
