Responsibilities:

• This Scrum Master must have experience with handling multiple team dependencies, roadmap alignment, aligning work streams, and anticipating blockers.
• Experience working with planned and unplanned work is required.
• Planned work is pre-planned, scheduled, and accounted for in advance, while unplanned work is unexpected and arises outside of the planned work schedule.
• Must have experience with Scrum and Kanban and be able to explain the difference between the two. If they have only used SAFe, that is not going to work here.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $65.00 per hour

• Plano, TX 75024: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• RTE: 10 years (Preferred)
• Leadership: 10 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
