Visual Lease is looking for a highly motivated and experienced software Product Manager with a track record for bringing new products to market to own the vision and strategy for our flagship Lease Management and Lease Accounting products. This cross-functional role will be accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, and will serve as the liaison between Product, Technology, Marketing, Client Services, Support, and customers. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on a dynamic and fast-growing industry.

What Will You Do
- Act as the market expert by owning a deep understanding of target market segments, business workflows and needs of key user personas
- Acquire and maintain detailed working knowledge of key accounting principles and lease accounting standards
- Define business opportunities through market research, data analysis, user experience analysis and testing, and other relevant tools
- Work closely with in-house and external leasing subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate market opportunities and articulate the tangible benefits of proposed new products and features
- Create the vision and roadmap for leasing products, inspiring customer empathy throughout the organization
- Identify key product KPIs and measure success against them to ensure alignment with strategic and organizational objectives
- Capture product insights from current and prospective users to identify customer problems and plan to optimally address them
- Effectively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Technology teams to drive projects to completion and add value to the business
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Support teams to build and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches
- Monitor competitive offerings and conduct win/loss analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses that may inform product offerings or prioritization
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of agile product management in accounting, financial or tax software. Experience ideating, developing, and launching successful web-based Enterprise business applications
- Ability to craft a compelling product vision/strategy and translate it into an actionable agile roadmap
- Understanding of accounting principles, accounting system architectures and core components
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems
- Experience working in a compliance based or regulated industry with complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to plan, direct, and deliver outstanding presentations
- Ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a compliance based or regulated industry with complex workflows and systems a plus

- Our headquarters are in Woodbridge, NJ, but we are happy to consider remote candidates in the following states: AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, and WA.
- The pay range for this position is $100,000– $160,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Band Transparency Act.
