Earn $19.00 per hour, PLUS up to $4,000 in bonuses when you join the Polaris team! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with Polaris located in Spirit Lake, IA. We are seeking Assemblers on 1st shift for these exciting temp-to-hire employment opportunities! Compensation for the Assembler position is $19.00 per hour. What an Assembler will do at Polaris:
- Prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems and components
- Perform checks and inspections to ensure quality
- Operate various power tools, hoists and production equipment
What you need to be an Assembler at Polaris:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to perform strong pinch & grip and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to stand/walk up to 10-hours a day with or without reasonable accommodations
