Loyal Source Government Solutions is honored to have been awarded a Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) contract by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration. Under this contract, we’ll work in providing quality compensation and pension exams to Veterans throughout 11 States in the West Coast Region including Alaska and Hawaii with intentions over the coming months of expanding across the Nation as we continue to grow.

We are in search of Physiatrists/PM &R Physicians willing to discuss a possible collaboration with Loyal Source regarding One Time Veteran C & P and PACT Act General Medical and/or TBI Exams, for U.S. Veterans seeking a new or adjusted disability rating from the VA.

The need for TBI Exams is incredible and the backlog is massive already. We have some Veterans who have been on wait lists for a year or more because of a shortage of qualified Specialists willing to perform these exams, especially in more remote areas of the Country. There are only a handful of Specialties that the VA will allow to perform TBI exams in particular, and Physiatrist/PM & R is on that very short list.

These exams may be performed in any type of facility including Private Clinics, Community Clinics, Mobile Clinics, LTC/SNF’s and Rehabilitation Centers, ect. as long as there is an ADA handicap accessible exam room that can be utilized.

These exams alone are not the final determinant as to if a Veteran will be awarded disability or a rating increase, it however, is a vital exam, that is sent to the (PEB or Physical Examination Board) at the VA, for them to make the final decision.

These assessments, (Exams), would be performed on an independent 1099 contract basis and the fees paid directly to you without the need to invoice for them as we will keep track and the payments would be paid automatically, on a Net 30 day basis, ensuring a simple billing process – no dealing with private insurance companies.

There is no administrative overhead or invoicing involved and you may opt to have office assistants or other staff perform the report data entry so long as the Provider performing the exam signs off on it. We will train Providers and admin how to use the system to enter the reports.

All exams would be scheduled based on the Clinic’s/Provider’s own availability with the flexibility to see as many or as few claimants in each office as you choose.

There is no treatment or follow-up required, as this exam will include only a general examination, and medical record review if requested on the initial VA request.

Once the exam is complete, you are free to establish a patient/client relationship should both parties choose to do so.
