This Physician Assistant will be responsible for :
- Assessing and managing medical patients in our Sports Medicine Clinic. This includes: diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation.
- Assessing patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examination (including obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories).
- Performing therapeutic procedures by administering injections, suturing, and managing wounds and infections.
- Working with patients in our specialty clinics, including the concussion, injection, musculoskeletal ultrasound clinics.
- Rotating between the main campus of BCH and our satellites, including Waltham, Norwood, Weymouth, Lexington, Peabody and Lexington.
- Working (4) 10 hour shifts- no weekends or on-call.
To qualify, you must have:
- Masters in Physician Assistant studies.
- MA PA license
- We would consider new graduate PA’s.
