Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is hiring motivated Physical Therapy Aides that can work a required minimum of 3, 4 hour shifts per week (17 hour per week minimum, this is an entry level non-exempt position). Professional individuals that can maintain patient confidentiality while delivering high quality patient care are encouraged to apply. Becoming a Physical Therapy Aide is a must-have experience for those seeking to understand how a Physical Therapy office functions from the client experience to the administrative responsibilities of each therapist. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Bi-lingual Spanish/English speakers encouraged to apply.
Tasks include:
- Teaching and guiding patients through exercises in a 1:1 setting
- Collaborating with and learning from two Doctors of Physical Therapy per shift on effective treatment strategy for each patient
- Cleaning and minor maintenance of clinic facilities
- Assisting with administrative tasks in order to ensure efficient billing and an excellent client experience
- Ongoing competency testing and 1:1 client coaching technique training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Client scheduling

- The ability to "think on your feet" and adjust to different situations

- Must be efficient and detail oriented
Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is taking precautions to provide a safe environment during the COVID-19 pandemic, including social distancing, air filtration, mandatory mask policies for clients and staff, temperature screenings and additional PPE supplies such as face shields and gloves.
