PREMIER THERAPY, an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years' experience in senior living communities is looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist Assistant to work PRN at our partner's skilled nursing facility in , Ashtabula,Ohio. Compensation up to $35/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience. Must have an Ohio license in Physical Therapy Assisting.
Must have an Ohio professional license.
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Family education.
- Facility in-services and education.
- Attend care planning conferences.
- Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
