Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis related to business and program performance, operational reporting, decision-making support for assigned areas. You will report to the Performance Analytics Manager in Durant, Oklahoma.

Primary Tasks:

  • You will develop financial and operational analysis and reports through data mining and research; use basic financial performance metrics to support analysis.

  • You will compile trend analysis and communicating any areas of success or concern to management.

  • You will create profitability / expense impact forecasts for assigned areas based on proposed plans.

  • You will develop detailed Excel spreadsheets, financial models, charts & graphs depicting actual to forecast detail.

  • You will create reports tied to Key Performance indicators for assigned support departments.

  • You will produce necessary trend reporting on Key Performance Indicators for assigned departments.

  • You will create relevant, accurate analysis for communication for important partners.

  • You will maintain daily, monthly, and annual review metrics for assigned Business and Program partners.

  • You will provide ad-hoc analysis.

  • You will export data from source systems and provide analysis on results through Excel including pivot tables, data linking and complex formulas.

  • You will perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing.

  • Analyze and make recommendations based on statistical reports

  • Maintain organization, has integrity in handling confidential information.

  • Two (2) years' experience in planning and analysis in assigned discipline
