Liberty POST has offered its clients a range of high-quality and individualized services since 1994. Backed by Liberty Resources Inc. and part of a large social services circle, originally POST was a speech-language practice in Syracuse NY, and has grown to provide a range of services throughout all of New York State. We employ over 400 professionals in a variety of settings and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play. We are focused on the importance of a child’s natural learning environment, a family’s unique strengths and needs and the diverse population we serve.Liberty POST is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Early Childhood Speech Pathologists to fill a .6 salaried position in our Special Class Integrated Setting preschool beginning in February 2023. The SCIS program will be operating two classes per day, five days per week with six special needs children and up to six typical children. Classroom hours are 9:00-11:30 and 12:30-3:00 M-F. The SCIS will also operate a 6-week summer program.
Qualifications:
- Current NYS license in Speech Pathology and Professional teaching certificate
- Master's Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Early Childhood Experience –preferred
