Step Forward Therapy Ltd. is looking to hire a part time or full time, highly enthusiastic, and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing clinic. We are excited to find a Therapist who is ready to help both children and families move forward. We’re looking for a driven professional with an positive mindset to join our growing team

Job Description:

• Provide evaluations, identifying client’s strengths and weaknesses
• Develops a treatment plan utilizing goals and objectives; make changes to treatment plans as needed
• Provides 1:1 therapeutic intervention and group instruction based on the needs of the client
• Completes new patient intakes and parental interviews for therapy
• Maintains OT equipment, including safety checks and staff training for usage
• Participation in individual and weekly case-based multidisciplinary group mentoring

Qualifications:

• Experience in Pediatrics
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in OT
• License to practice occupational therapy within the state
• Positive, teamwork attitude
• Passion for working with children from infancy through adolescence
• Sensory processing disorders experience encouraged
• Competency in written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates must hold a current IL license
• Competitive pay.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
