Our corporate headquarters is in Voorhees, New Jersey. We are currently recruiting a Patient Service Representative (Receptionist) to join us at our Rubino OBGYN branch located in West Orange, NJ.

The PSR will be responsible for:

• Greeting and checking in patients, being the 'first face' patients encounter upon visiting our office.
• Obtain pertinent patient information, insurance and verifications.
• Perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
• Schedule patient appointments per guidelines given, reschedule patients based on provider needs.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients.
• Adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
