Dental front office experience is preferred, but we will train the right individual.

This position requires the individual to be flexible with the needs of the practice, working an average of 36 hours per week, on a 4-day workweek. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. The candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Strive for excellent customer service within the organization
• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and all front desk duties
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy
• Present treatment cases to patients with the goal of 80-90% case acceptance
• Understand and navigate patients' dental insurance
• Thrive in a multitasking, high-paced, dynamic environment
• The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills, English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
