Bright Now Dental is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to work in our North Canton office. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting dental office administrative activities, including filing, telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, and patient referrals. Busy family practice.

Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator:

• Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness
• Manage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front office and back office staff to ensure workable schedules
• Verify insurance coverage for the planned treatment
• Collect payment from patients and reconciles daily cash reports

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental office: 1 year (Preferred)
