Job description

You will deal with all customer enquiries, including processing orders for machinery and equipment.

Key duties include:

• Providing customer service to customer accounts, using electronic format and telephone requirements
• Processing customer orders to fulfilment (parts/spares and main product)
• Maintaining the inventory processing system (SAP) to ensure inventory-related data is accurate (e.g. inventory acceptance, shipping communications updates)
• Maintaining price list and communicating updates to customers
• Maintaining inventory processing system BOM (Bill of Materials) updates and related look up lists
• Generating credit notes as required
• Generating system invoices as required
• Processing system returns as required
• Supporting the purchasing process for site inventory requirements

Your skills and experience:

• Customer service experience by telephone and email, in an office-based work environment.
• A technical mindset to assist in customer service requirements regarding product identification (previous parts/technical experience desired, but not essential)
• General office administration experience including handling and processing documentation, accurate data inputting
• IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Experience working with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, such as SAP or another equivalent system will be advantageous, but is not essential
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Attention to details
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision

The role will involve minimal warehouse duties and a yearly stock count together with all employees.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
