STANDARD HOURS: 24 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday and 8:00AM-4:00 Fridays. Schedule to be determined at the time of hire. Flexibility required to meet the needs of our department and customers.

MINIMUM RATE OF PAY: $15.00/hour

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will primarily be responsible for receiving and scanning of electronic documents as well as assisting in other student record related functions

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Involved in the scanning intake process for Enrollment Services
  • Scan various documents for Enrollments Services and link them to the corresponding student accounts in a timely manner
  • Assist the Student Records team with document processing

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferred

Experience: Two years related experience

**An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered


Computer Skills:


Microsoft Office Suite, Instant Messaging, electronic calendar system, working knowledge of Image Now and Perceptive Content Scanning software.


Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Ability to problem solve scanning related issues.

Ability to communicate and collaboration with various teams.

Ability to complete tasks while demonstrating attention to detail
