Our company is looking for dedicated RBTs that are committed to serving high quality ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism, and other developmental and learning disabilities. You will work directly under a BCBA and collaborate on creating a client behavior plan, implementing the plan, taking data and making necessary changes to the client's behavior plan. RBT Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home, school or community - we meet the child where they are at.

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children shine.

• Collect and record data via our data collection system every session to help track the progress of the BIP.

• Collaborate with BCBAs and help inform treatment plans so children are receiving the best care possible.

• Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.

• Attend team meetings.

RBT Requirements:

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred but not required

• RBT certification

• Must pass a background check

• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required

• Active Medicaid provider ID preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
