Night Auditor- 11p-7a Flexible days required
We are looking for an energetic, fun and outgoing personality to join our team. The position needed is required to work 40 hours a week, overnights. The team member must be flexible and have strong people and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Balancing the accounts from day shift- counting and balancing cash register
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs, Must have strong problem solving skills.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls, delivering amenities, and resolve any guests concerns.
- Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
- Answering phone calls, making reservations and completing check-list.
- Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
- Complete all training assignment per Marriott standards.
- Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments. Email any issues or concerns to Management and following up with incident reports.
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures reporting all issues and completing reports if needed.
- Walk the property and ensure all doors and floors are checked/ locked for safety of staff and guests.
- Ability to perform computer-based tasks, Fosse knowledge, GXP and Marsha
- Must be able to pay attention to details, have excellent time management and able to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations when situation occurs.
- First aid/ CPR certified
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
