We are looking for an independent, personable, and reliable Part Time LiveOps and Support Associate to join the Copia team and work with us to continue imagining and enhancing our services to support our vision that is delightful for our food donors, recipients, and team.

The LiveOps and Support Associate, reporting to the VP, Operations, is responsible for managing our command center of food pick-ups, coordinating clients who donate food, recipients who receive food, and drivers who deliver food. The ideal candidate has success working in a remote, start-up organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent real-time support for customers, drivers, and recipients
  • Monitor internal applications to ensure that each delivery is 100% successful
  • Guide delivery drivers to the correct pickup and dropoff location
  • Notify recipients of deliveries
  • Escalate, handle and document issues as they arise
  • Utilize Zendesk and software tools for communication with customers, recipients and drivers
  • Utilize Slack and JIRA for internal communications and issues reporting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability
