Park Assistant SupervisorTemporary for 6 months
Sunday thru Thursday 9am-5pm
Under the supervision of the Park Supervisor, this is a highly responsible temporary position overseeing admissions and operations at Warm Mineral Springs Park.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree and 2 years experience in recreational facility management
Possess valid Florida driver's license by date of hire
Possess or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within one year of hire
Bilingual English/Ukrainian or Russian is preferred.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Monitors daily operations of Warm Mineral Springs Park
- Assists with front line services including data entry, fee collection, pass validation and rain checks
- Follows cash handling protocols nd assist with daily reconciliation and associated reports
- Receives and responds to inquiries and provides general information to patrons and public
- Assist with crown control and counts visitors
- Monitors and enforces park and facility rules to ensure a safe environment
- Schedules staff to cover admissions window
- Supervises staff on operational procedures and policies
- Interacts with City Personnel on maintenance and operational needs
- Enforces Park and facility rules to ensure a safe environment
- Ensures that medical assistance is readily available including CPR and First Aid and follows appropriate reporting requirements when necessary
- Maintains and tracks appropriate records and documentation
- Inspects facility for cleanliness and safety
- Provides direct supervision of assigned staff
