PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist account team with review of marketing materials related to automotive promotions
• Liaison to the auto legal team responsible for the automotive practice
• Completion of special projects as assigned by department leadership from time to time

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently and efficiently under time pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style
• Ability to collaborate well with a diverse team of stakeholders and respond to clients with a customer service focus
• Ability to strategically manage volume of competing priorities without sacrificing attention to detail
• Ability to analyze statutes and regulations

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

The experience and education qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Use of computer, speaking on telephone, writing
• Daily carrying of laptop and occasional lifting of file boxes

WORK CONDITIONS

• Working in an office certain scheduled days during the week (when COVID-19 restrictions allow)
• Potential work from home (home internet access) as needed
