We are seeking a bilingual (SPANISH SPEAKING) Paralegal. We are looking for a professional, personable and energetic receptionist to join our team. MUST be bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsible for greeting all clients; handle all calls and properly screen calls for attorneys and staff; conduct general intake information, mail; data entry and scanning, Preparing motions, documentation preparation and filing's, filing. General meeting with clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Read, write, and translate in Spanish
Experience with multi-line phone system
Must be detail-oriented, organized and possess excellent administrative skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be comfortable working a fast paced office environment
Must be willing to help attorneys and staff with various tasks

Office experience, great customer service, friendly, energetic, reliable and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in execution of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Central Islip, NY 11722: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
