We are a Luxury-Home Custom Window and Door Manufacturing Company operating mainly in Florida, The Eastern Seaboard, The Caribbean, Bahamas and Bermuda. Luxbaum prides itself in providing a superior customer service experience implementing the finest materials, construction, design, engineering, shop drawings, and installation.

Primary territory:

  • Vero Beach to Boca Raton
  • Fort Lauderdale to Miami
  • Naples and the West Coast

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative, preferably with architectural background. This person will be establishing new business opportunities within the Architect and Construction community in the areas of our operation and beyond. Pre-qualified leads are provided.

We are looking for a hardworking, coachable, and business-oriented person to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Good inside knowledge of design professionals and construction companies
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Ability to communicate and present complex specifications with efficiency and accuracy.
  • A person who enjoys working independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Ability to interact with contractors, architects, designers and homeowners.
  • Ability to represent Luxbaum with professionalism and passion
  • Outgoing personality
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • This position requires travel around South Florida in own vehicle
  • English language required

Responsibilities include:

  • Requires regular personal visits and closing deals
  • Educating potential clients on company’s capabilities and products
  • Answering customers’ questions on products and provide solutions / recommendations by close collaboration with office team
  • Working with an extensive established database
  • Seeking out new business opportunities and projects
  • Creating and maintaining exceptional customer relations
  • Promoting brand awareness
  • Organize presentations / customer events
  • Propose new marketing materials and social media marketing programs
  • Receive customers and/or their clients in our showroom for product presentation
  • Respond to the marketplace by providing value through being a knowledgeable representative known for quick follow up
  • Travel throughout assigned territory for sales visits and special events
  • Work in close collaboration with CEO and other associates in the Company,

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in Marketing and Sales of high-end architectural products preferred
  • Architectural background is an asset
  • Spanish is an asset
