Job description

Steadfast Painting's operations manager is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the customer experience and production process once the customer has hired our organization for their project. Multi-tasking the coordination of scheduling for multiple projects and a team of up to 20 painters will be expected.

Pre-requisites:

10 years of professional painting/management experience in the construction industry or a bachelors degree in constrtuction/project management and at least 5 years of professional painting experience.

Competency with Microsoft, computer literacy, proficient interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, commitment to excellence in customer service, a desire to learn and grow with the company, a good understanding of paint products, applications, and processes, a basic understanding of compliance and OSHA/EPA standards and regulations. Be a reliable, good person willing to take initiative in the role.
