Job Overview:
In this role the Operations Coordinator - Planner provides effective and responsive administrative services to support business leaders in day-to-day business operations and activities. This position supports all departments in the Deer Park Facility reporting to the Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively support internal customer by independently handling all assigned administrative duties and taking direction from and balancing the needs of multiple staff members.
  • Office and Service administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
  • Create and invoice machine shop job orders.
  • Communicate with customers’ AP department for cash collections.
  • Handle various purchases and making AP invoice arrangements for the shop and office.
  • Liaison with vendors for vendor set-up and vendor payment resolution.
  • Utilize SAP for job creation and invoicing.
  • Shipping and receiving.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Administration and Support.
  • Knowledge of general office management and current computer/office communications. technologies; expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook SAP experience required.
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds physically able to perform labor to put items on the shelf for storage or pickup parts from vendors.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
