Laundry Systems of Wisconsin is looking to fill an Operations Administrator position based in the Fox Valley area

We are looking for a skilled Operations Administrator to undertake a variety of day-to-day business and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our business operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting company activities.

Laundry Systems of Wisconsin is an expansion office for a well-established laundry equipment distributor. Members of our growing team need to perform a variety of tasks to maximize business efficiency. Tasks and required abilities include:

  • Possess a positive and professional approach to customer support
  • Guide our technical and sales staff through administrative tasks
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Monitor office expenses, perform basic bookkeeping
  • Place product orders, manage office & warehouse inventory
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Help with customer complaints or issues
  • Schedule service calls and delivery appointments
  • Manage product installation schedules
  • Comprehension of basic technical tasks

Experience in a related field (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) is preferred but not required, however excellent written and verbal communication as well as a positive out-going personality is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
