Our client, a large telecommunications company is seeking temporary legal admin with experience in the telecom or legal industry to work onsite in its San Angelo, Texas offices. Position is a long-term temp role. Business hours M-F.

Hybrid work schedule is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compiling, verifying and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry;
• Entering proprietary customer and account data from source documents;
• Following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes;
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output;
• Resolving deficiencies by using standard procedures;
• Working with team lead/supervisor to resolve open issues.

Key Requirements:

• Willingness to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, principles and procedures
• Ablility to work independently
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Customer Service experience a plus
• Computer and technical skills; Microsoft office and Google Suite skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Administrative skills, typing, copying, filing, sorting, mail distribution.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Commitment to working as part of team
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
